Dumb question time?  I scored three Sprague 80P3 "Hypass" feed through capacitors rated at .1 MFD @600 VDC.  They are shown as  C: 6-8 in the diagram.  One pair is in the primary 120 VAC of the filament transformer while the other is in the screen supply line.  Since these are rated as "DC" how can they be used in the 120 "AC" line?

I believe they are rated for 250 volts AC too.
