Pete gave you a zoomed-in schematic in Reply #1, Page 1.


C21 (0.005) goes to pin 6 and ground at V5. We discussed this before in a previous PM.

C27 (0.005) goes to pin 2 and ground at V5. We discussed this before in a previous PM.

C26 (0.005) goes across filament pins V5. We discussed this before in a previous PM.

C24 (0.005) filters the bias for V5 grid at the bottom of R23. We discussed this before in a previous PM.

Check voltage on both sides of L20. We discussed this before as well in a previous PM.

No HV, no 5R4's.

Suggest you find someone to send this to for repair.
