DX 100 Parts Needed

Hi,

I'm restoring a rather "tired" (read TRASHED) DX-100. As a result, I need some parts that I can't dig up locally....

I need the following:

The ORIGINAL Two red inner knobs and the meter knob.

"1st style" cabinet with the rounded edges -  Doesn't have to be pretty as I'll be repainting it. I would prefer it to be straight and not "crunched" if possible.

This unit came in a decent Apache cabinet, and I'd like to put it back to the original configuration as it just doesn't look right this way...
