Beautiful Turbo Ranger creation built by the late master radioman Dee Almquist W4PNT (SK).This rig was specially built for W3HM. The cabinet and faceplate was restored by Chuck Hurley. The specs are in accordance with TURBO RANGER specs developed by Tim Tron WA1HLR. The transmitted audio is wonderful. The rig is almost completely rebuilt save for the iron. A relay was skillfully installed to facilitate the use of a modern amplifier. I use it with my Desk Kilowatt. $1500 FIRM plus shipping. A lot of labor went into the building of this rig-far more than the $1500 purchase price. Many pictures can be sent to the SERIOUSLY interested.
