Has anyone seen this kind of switch and knows what it is from? Pretty monstrous.

one more pic. The solenoid rotates a bar and this throws the switch. Ir also activates a microswitch apparently to remove a short across part of the winding, to reduce the current to the 'hold' value.  It has the Navy anchor on it.  I think someone had something like this on the board before as well.
