Hi,

So the guy across town drops off a tuner with a nice vacuum variable in it. Looking at the cap and the nice turns counter their appears to be missing the shaft. (I am not familiar the vacuums)--- I take it apart and this is what we have--I am thinking right that I am missing a shaft?

Added after looking at my pics---- does the entire sleeve turn (where the 3 set screws are attached)??

Thanks
Larry
