That looks like their RHR model rotary curtain.  I was on site with one in the Middle East.  First driving toward the antenna field, it appeared that there was a great sailing ship in the sands behind the jebbels.  Our fixed curtains were impressive, but this thing is majestic.
That door at the bottom is man-sized and you can walk in and work on things.  As I recall, the rotation is hydraulic, and there's a big high power rotary joint for the RF feed.
