I have a Choke that I need to find the spec sheet on.  Can anyone point me to it?  I've looked and looked but can't find it.

The closes I can find is a previous ebay sale title that says that the XT2388A is a 4HY 165ma choke.  I also need to know the voltage rating. I believe it is a UTC.

I've attached two pictures.  One before I painted it and one after.  (I taped the model number and painted over the tape and wrote it on the bottom)  It is about 4.5" high and 3.75" across.

Any information is appreciated.
