Maybe if it does not sell he would put the tubes back in and take a fair offer. Not worth $7K around here. Maybe $3K with tubes. I don't know why the tubes would be missing from one that was never molested or used.
some pics are nice, I like it but don't want to pay crazy money $2.60 a watt.
