Does anyone have info on this transformer and choke?  Those are the only markings.  They look to be about the right size for, say, maybe a 100-200W rig...tnx, brian ka9egw

The xfmrs look like they were made by Chicago xfmr Co.  Those numbers are house numbers, meaning not standard catalog models.  Look for the Chicago logo stamped into the steel case, usually near the bottom.  They may also have a six digit date code stamped into the case.  The code will start with 138.

Might be good for a hundred watter, if that.

Glad I finished hanging the lights in the shop [10 years after buying the place HI]...the transformer is also labeled PSC-150 and the choke also has RS-1850.  Both of those engraved into the respective bottom plates...740VCT at 150mA...maybe enough for a Ranger-class final.

I'll be listing them on the for-sale board...

Those numbers are standard Chicago catalog models.  The choke is 8hy 150ma, and I'll check what the xfmr is.  I'll let you know.  I have the same pair on my shelf.
