I think I have a Stancor A4762 Polypedance Driver Transformer.  Need connection information as to what goes where and what tap.  Transformer has a tap plate on one side with 14 terminals.  There are four leads that exit from the same side as the terminal plate.  The opposite side has 6 wires that appear to be two groups: red - yellow - green.  Any information that helps me positively identify and connect this transformer is appreciated.   Also when I removed the cover from the side opposite of terminal side the two windings were numbered 22542B.
tnx....
