Had a nice but short QSO with Darwin, K5RWD, in San Antonio just as the band collapsed for the night. He was 10+ in NJ when talking to W2VW but dropped to an S7 when I called and then the band went away.

My first QSO in over six months and probably my first 10M AM QSO since 1962!
