Due to my worsening financial condition, I may be forced to sell my house in Ocean County, New Jersey. I would prefer to sell to someone in our community, as I will include a complete, operational AM station. The station has three transmitters, an R-390 receiver, a Rohn 25G tower with a folded unipole antenna for the 160 meter station, as well as a Mosley tribander and a 4 bay 2 meter vertical dipole.

I do not want to have to tear apart this station after all the work that I put into it over the years. If any of you are interested in it...and the property, which is near the beaches, but was NOT DAMAGED by Hurricane Sandy, please contact me at phil (at) k2pg.com.
