Always a thrill to call CQ and hear that characteristic DX warble on the signal answering.
Alex, YO5AMF in Romania and I had a nice QSO at 0900 PDST.
Afterwards, Clark KE7TRP called me and told me that was quite a DX catch for 15-meter AM.
Laszlo, HA2RI in Hungary gave me a call at 1000 PDST after I signed with Clark.
5500 miles and the Collins 32V3 is thrilled Smiley

You have an incredible signal with that long wire antenna! Always loud here to VA. Congrats on the AM DX.

 Steve, great catch! Nice to work you with my Multi Elmac station yesterday. The Collins sounds wonderful on the PMR6A.

I have already started a little revival for Hamming. Bad rut from using 160 and 80 and usually local contacts. 10M has even been interesting. 15M is a little more bang right now.

I just worked them on 15-meter CW with 100-milliwatts  Smiley

Probably easier to do when you're over 2000 miles apart. I worked him on ground wave. All the Europeans were pointed at him and it took me about 15 minutes to find a hole and get acknowledged.
