Here's one I haven't seen before.
Wonder if it's related to maneuvers in the Crimea or similar?

It's bandwidth is constant. Every few minutes the whole splash moves up or down 20 meters by 50 kHz or so.  The a new batch scrolls.
Several times the whole signal's inside the ham band.
