LARGE Capacitor Available

Just got a call from a fellow wondering if I knew of any builders who might need a large cap. He's selling it for an estate and doesn't want it to go to some unknowing person who ends up defibbing themselves when they don't need to.

It's rated at 100uf at 4000 volts. 8"x6"x13". He figures around 40lbs packed for shipping. He didn't mention a price but I don't think it's a lot; getting it into the right hands is more important.

*Forgot to add, the seller also mentioned something about the cap saying 'photo flash' on it, which no doubt has a bearing on its actual utility.
