As of today I completed loop modulation trials with a very successful QSO with Dave W2VW and the group. Distance was 369 miles which may or may not be a record for Loop modulation AM. Just before 3 pm local time on or about 7295kcs.
Thank you Dave and the group for making this possible. Tim VE6PG also participated in a contact earlier in the month going west and gets a big thanks as well.
Still grinning in Ameliasburgh

Did another successful test with Lou VE3AWA Friday afternoon on 7099 KCS.  226 miles ATCF.   Power input. 9.492 watts.
One tube. a 45. Modulation is passive so no other tubes required.

Lou will be up and running soon as well so if you hear either of us, please jump in.
BTW Lou said he was able to copy just fine even on the "Narrow filter" on his KNWD 600 RX.
