Due to financial problems and a desire to retire or go into semi-retirement without a load of debt, I am toying with the idea of selling my place in West Creek, New Jersey. The house is small, but it sits on 3/4 acre of land with woods in the back. It is only a 10 minute ride from the beaches of Long Beach Island and to some beautiful lakes in the South Jersey Pine Barrens.

If I sell to one of you AMers, I would consider leaving the AM facility that I have there intact...all you would need to do is turn it on and talk! (I would only remove the remote control gear connecting that site with my home in PA.) Two of the three BC transmitters are in pristine shape. The third, a Collins 20V, needs a plate transformer.
