I think I knew what this was when I bought it but somehow forgot to tag it with voltage and current ratings.

Does anybody have any ideas?

I have five 949430 chokes, they are rated 4hy @ 850ma 10kv RMS test.  Not sure about your choke 949476 but they are RCA part numbers.  Mine look very similar to yours.  Two of my five were made by Electro Engineering other three by UTC.

Thanks Fred, that gives me something to go on and jogs my memory a bit too. Those values sound about right and the RCA connection gives me something to research too.
