Wanted: SX-100 Pitch control and knob

I have aquired a great SX-100 that just needs a little TLC to bring back to a 100% receiver. Of course it has a broken BFO Pitch control shaft and is missing the pitch control knob and has a chipped bandspread knob. Can anyone tell me where I might aquire/purchase these parts? I would sure like to get this great radio back in full working order.
