Buy an old Johnson T/R switch or build one.  You can find circuits for them in many older ARRL handbooks.   I've used a Johnson T/R  switch for years.   There are those who say they aren't any good for 160M but I've not seen any great changes in signal levels.   

I've been going to measure the Gain/Loss of these switches for a long time, but haven't gotten to it yet.
