I've been notified of a Harris MW-1A 1KW solid state AM broadcast transmitter that is available for pickup. 

The downside is it's located in the Bismarck, ND area so pickup would be your problem.
 
Installed in 1978, taken out of service in 2006, supposedly working at the time.

If interested let me know and I'll direct you to the owner and you can work out the details.
