Nice to hear Joe back on.

Earlier this week he was on and telling the story of a pair New In Box rigs he picked up years ago, and people made fun of how much he paid, back then. As the story went, some guy shipped out (Vietnam?) while the order was on the way.

New in Box reminded me of the Rochester (NY) hamfest a few years ago where I saw a guy who had an unbuilt Heathkit for sale.  The parts had been re-bagged, the box had stains like either a cat or rodents had lived there, and there were no construction manuals on display.

Ya chust never knewrl.

Then there are the stories of New-In-Crate R390A and T368 to drool over ...
