Has anyone ever used a rubber rejuvenator  product? I was thinking of the unique Johnson cabinet rubber feet. I see many products on the Internet mainly for printer roller rejuvenation. Wonder if anyone has tried any and what the results were?

I used to use a product called Vita Drive on tape drives. It was a rubber rejuvenator/cleaner.  Nasty smelling stuff but it worked.  One good wiff and you'd smell the stuff for days..

Doug and Steve,

I remember hearing the name RuGlide one time.  Is this it?

What is bad for some rubber-type materials is the presence of an ozone generator.

Tom,

Yes I have heard the Ozone generators can really rip stuff up but they sure do a good job of odor elimination short term.

I just thought with some of these specialized rubber products, like the feet on the Johnson transmitters, might benefit from some product out there.

BTW - My first Ranger on the air test today got excellent reports.
