I just finished a very interesting QSO on 29.010 with KL7AJ Eric...He was an engineer on the HAARP project....Now living near Fairbanks...The HAARP has 360 10 KW tx's , each with its own antenna and 2 x 4cx10000A's.. Over 1 GigaWatt of ERP !!  Eric was running 25 watts and I was running 40 watts... Eric answered my CQ..   Don't be afraid to call CQ...
