I'm in the market for a plain jane R-388/51J-3 receiver for a fellow radio nut across the pond. His requirements are:

 - must have tags

 - must have covers (tools would be nice but not required)

 - no modifications, extra holes, etc (MWOs and other military upgrades are fine)

 - mil stamps, numbers, etc are fine

 - must function to some extent - need not be perfectly aligned, etc, just not DOA

He has several R-390/SP-600 types and is familiar with rack rash and the usual small chips and scraps to the panel edges. Typical wear from use is understandable. He just doesn't want one that looks like it's been dragged behind a truck down a dirt road, missing parts, etc.  He's not looking for a gold-plated, award-winning receiver to brag about. He wants to restore, use, and enjoy it.

Drop me a PM here with price & condition or email me via my listed address. Would prefer to pick up at Shelby or NEAR-Fest to avoid possible shipping damage, but willing to ship if required.
