The WebSDR receiver at the University of Twente Netherlands is up and running again after a twenty month absence.

Its a free 8 band receiver and although they are using a very small antenna it seems to be working well.  The coverage is greatly expanded over the previous incarnation of the radio. Coverage is from longwave to 40 meters but not continuously. Band conditions aren't that good right now and its the middle of the night in EU so I can't tell how well its performing in the short amount of time I've been listening but it seems to work well even with the small antenna.

There was a thread here a while back about longwave broadcast stations in EU and this is a good way to check them out.  If you tune this radio to 153 or 162 or 198 kc (AM) for example, you can hear some strong signals during the evening with some interesting programming.

I've been using it lately to listen to RTL (former Radio Luxembourg) on 234 khz from Beidweiler. French language, but the music is good.
