What's that thing in the middle of the picture with the squiggly line across it? Al, why no clip leads? The standard of comparison for all hams should be WA1QIX. Oh yeah, Al you need to take those speakers and leave them outside in the rain for a few days, then go over the cabinets with a sanding wheel, and throw some coffee all over them. Every AMer worth his salt seems to have at least one huge speaker cabinet that looks like it went with Patton's 3rd Army

Actually, I did try to make things neat by bundling the wires together -- you guessed it. Minutes later (or so it seemed) I had to tear the setup apart and reroute or redo the connections. I've learned my lesson - maybe
Actually, I'm playing around with an idea of using plumbing insulation with the split down the length. Using a couple of these pieces wires can enter and exit where I please and they can be changed as frequently as I please.

The split tubing for plumbing applications makes for a really neat installation. I remember some years ago I went to a local ham in the Goffstown area and that's what he had. It looked very impressive. Personally, I tried being neat and just like you, ended up changing everything later due to swapping/replacing equipment. My station looks neat until you look under the table.

Eh....looks too modern to put such a strong signal down here into the south, Al. And as others have eluded to, far too neat & tidy.

Al, I definitely agree with Fred. How about a black wrinkle big tube Flex with a quad of 833's?

Very nice and high tech but is a flat panel display in the place of the transceiver what it has come to? I was sort of shocked! OK well if it works it works!
Can you rack mount that flat panel?
