Got a good hourlong QSO when the band went long Saturday night, 3705Kc:

W9AD (Mexico, via Illinois)
W6PSS Ramona Cal.
W7GMK Tuscon, Ariz.
KØARA Mike at Kansas City

0300-0430 GMT

Not possible to copy....
Contesters on the freq. Cry

Therefore I were shortly on 3550 khz.
With F6AQK and PA1SBV on the French AM freq.

Henk it was exceptionally clear for us, stateside.

I tried to listen between transmissions in case you or other EuroAM started coming in, but, as you can hear from this recording, I missed stations at my location, that Dave W9AD was hearing via his receiver near Chicago, in the midwest.

We may hook up yet, this winter !  Stay tuned !



UPDATE a little birdie has told me that PSS no longer is in California, but rather is in Kansas City!
Now it makes sense when he said "there's Mike, my neighbor" when ARA checked in.

Well I wuz gypped then, that's it; I'm selling out

Thanks for the recording! Smiley
Better freq. is 3707 (to 3710).
On 3705 often splattering from German ssb on 3703.
But we keep listening to copy USA AM around 3707!
