I am thinking of modding the power supply to the 'economy' power supply of the late 60s/early 70s to solve the limitations of the existing supply.  Do you think it is a reasonable ideas?  As I can't find a complete schematic of one, does anyone know where I might locate one?

I am brand new to AM Fone website and this is my first post.  Please pardon if I missed a protocol or two.  Thank you.  Bob, NZ5A
