Sounds like a case of dirtbags taking out one of their own. There are many stories in the news of a business owner cheating employees but it usually doesnt lead to murder....thats for the druggies.

I worked for a white one unmatched in his ability to be a sleeze. I loved FED jobs where he was forced to do it right.
