The RME-99 doesn't show up that often, here is one on ebay:  http://cgi.ebay.com/RME-99-COMMUNICATIONS-RECEIVER-SHORTWAVE-RADIO-/260790990641?pt=Shortwave_Radios&hash=item3cb85ab731   It looks like a good restoration candidate.

The 99 is closer to the older RME-69 in performance and is better than the later/cheaper RME-45 series.
