I have several SS replacement rectifiers. They are marked Solitron C 997. They have a four pin base and plate cap, but are only about half as tall as the usual 866 replacements floating around. Can anyone tell me anything about them?

That's not a very common item. Solitron is still in business apparently and has a commitment to obsolete devices.

you might be able to call them and get them to e-mail you the data.
