At 1853 EST here in Maryland, I'm seeing a strong carrier on 1539 khz on the MW BCB which is probably the 800kW station in the UAE.  Looks like winter is finally here with long-haul DX.

No luck with that signal but I heard TWR Bonaire on 800 kc at 10 pm eastern this evening on my Walkman !  Strongest signal I've heard from them since they reduced power to 100 kw.

I guess it takes that much power to propagate those MF frqs around the whirl.
