I Am restoring an ART-13 , now all the tubes are lit, the motors of the automatic tuning works great, but... i have no power.
A have full scale Plate current, but no grid current on the meter... can you suggest some troubleshooting?

Follow the grid wire, checking for voltage, back to the supply.  Hopefully you will find a broken solder joint, broken wire or bad resistor, and not a bad transformer.  ;0
