If you have any shots of the set you sent to the Vortex, I'd really like to see them. Was it in a similar RCA cabinet?

You can see it looks more like the civilian version. It was a model ACR155

.

Circa 1936-1938. It covers .52-22mc in 3 bands
I think I found a skizmat and other inf on Nostalgia Air.

Sweet! That's the one they styled to match the ACT.....120? transmitter. Pretty scarce beast you had there, looks like things got a little hot under the covers! Same knob and escutcheon as the AVR-11 along with a lot of other similarities. I bet Joe is having some fun with that gem.
