Hallicrafters SX-25 dial tracking

Could anyone with a SX-25 tell me where the main dial is supposed to be oriented when tightened to the tuning capacitor at its fully messed position. I have noticed an improvement in dial calibration tracking with the dial oriented at 100 on the log scale with the tuning capacitor fully meshed. Originally I had the dial at 0 on the log scale with the capacitor fully open.
