Working nights/weekends and holidays.

Relocation expenses not paid.

I wonder if they let you put a ham rig on the curtains when VOA is QRT.  I've heard of sw bc guys doing that at other places.  only prob. is that when you have to go back to using a regular ham antenna you want to tear your ticket up and get into knitting.

Or it means they capped out on their personnel numbers (often set by Congress) and cannot hire anyone from the outside.
