My boys, in repose.

Indy is the darker one,   Merlin, the lighter shade.

After getting bloody scratches yesterday (my reward for being nice to Stinky, the cat) I was considering firing up the ol' lobster pot and applying a hearty dose of  Old Bay seasoning. Just have to figure out how to remove my size 12 flip flop from her hind quarters. In truth, we made up, (and I didn't really kick her) but I'm giving her the distance from now on. Every cat I ever owned has been sweet and gentile, but ol' Stinky is a different character. A slopbucket cat gnawing at the edge of my contentment envelope.

I remember alot of Greeks there in Williamsburg but you don't have anything to fear unless Norge has been inundated by Koreans.  Wink

Inundated no. But there are more and more it seems. They work there s$$es off and run quite a few businesses around here now, not just restaurants.

Derb,

Way to go!  Hope you get him--looks like a good fella for sure.  He'll reward you both with unconditional love and kindness.

Just about all our cats are rescues---found the last one two years ago up at the commuter lot.  6 week old kitten dodging all the cars during rush hour.  Was able to corner and catch him--and now he's the absolute best.  Last thing in the world I needed was a kitten but there he was.  Glad we found him!

Great story, Derb, congrats on the new family member!

Here is our pack as of about 7 years ago, right after Natasha came home from getting "fixed"; that's her litter mate, Boris, in the long gray fur!
