Looks quite a bit like a computer generated imaged dumped into a real photo...

What sort of tower is it allegedly? Water?
With a single apartment of some sort half way up??

Doubt it would meet zoning ordinances here in the Soviet of New Baltimore...
what sort of madness would afflict the "planning board" to approve such an eyesore??

Don, I liked the once comparing the tower to an M. C. Escher artwork!
Not entirely accurate, but I get their drift about impossibility.

What's happened to all the people that's been through Europe here.....Their Art has always been cutting edge...
