Do anyone have a easy way to pull the front cover of a VK 2 Huh Never having had one of these things, I don't want to do sumthin stuped like dropong the deck on a '610 or shearing the vfo thingie on an Ranger 2........

no easy way ... remove knobs ..  remove nuts from threaded bushings ... remove connections to meter ... remove about 10 screws from inside the sides ... while you have this done be SURE to verify condition of buffer drive pot and rotary switches, etc ... I have just done this to both of my JVII's ... 73 ...John

p.s. I am modifying mine to external audio chain and HV supply.  Weight has dropped from 70 to about 30 pounds and is MUCH easier to handle.  Now if only I could do to same....
