Sigh...
I guess a lot of us would give eye teeth to just go back and take one of those Cleveland Institute courses, find a '99.', etc....  what looked so hard back then looks so easy now...

Back to Earth...  Grin

Gawd! I remember drooling over the issue of Penthouse that Barbara Feldon did. I was in my pubescent years. "Houston, stand by for nocturnal emission!!" Grin

Yep, Kenny Rogers and The First Edition.  It was written by my friend, now deceased, Mickey Newbury.

Rick

I have always been rather fond of that song. much more than the Kenny Rodgers country stuff!

"I tripped on a cloud and fell 8 miles high, tore my mind on a jagged sky'

I just stopped in to see what condition my condition was in.

Someone painted april fools in big black letters on a dead end sign, I had my foot on the gas as I left the road and blew out my nind.

8 miles out of Memphis and I got no spare, 8 miles straight up, downtown some where.

I just stopped in to se what condition my condition was in."  Cool Cool

I pushed my soul in a deep dark hole and then I followed it in

I watched myself crawlin' out as I was a-crawlin' in
