After 18 years in the wilderness my long-lost Johnson Ranger I has returned, arriving yesterday. OK, not exactly the same Ranger, but the same model and a Johnson Ranger nonetheless. I only had to sell one kidney!
Once it goes through my usual boatanchor “incoming inspection” and whatever re-capping and initial mods it needs it’ll be joined by either the NC-173 or BC-348 (also in rehab at the moment) and I’ll be on- just in time for the peak of static season. Oh, well, hope to join you folks in the fall at least.
