      Found in junkpile. Don't know where it came from or what it might be. Seems to be a commercial device of some kind and once probably had a label. There are no adjustable coils or caps. All of the components are hidden at this point. I would have to unsolder a few wires to take the pcb out. Thanks!......Larry

OK, I'll take stab #1.
It might be a device that puts power on the coax for a remote relay or a preamp.

You could put a 120V power cord connected to a terminal strip inside and sell it as a 10 m lin yer  10-4

Looks old heathkitish...

Perhaps a preamp or simple converter... flip the board over and see what gives...
until then no point in speculation.

Clearly a goesinta and a goesouta, and likely low power... so my guess remains preamp or maybe a 2m converter box. Prob not a power meter, but depends on what's on the other side.
