Good Morning All,

 I just come back from the kitchen, Today we are having my infamous "Deer Meat Meatloaf" just got done mixing it up and yes i do this by hand. It entails the following.

2 lbs mixed deer and ground meat.(family is smaller now only three of us here)adjust to portion.
2 eggs
1 tomato
1 clove garlic SMASHED..LOL
5 pieces of Wonder bread torn up in small pieces
2 Pinches of Salt adjust for taste
2 pinches of pepper same same.
2 tlbspns smokehouse.
1/4 cup thickner.. your choice
1/4 cup chicken gravy mix
and a DASH....... of Ketchup........

roll into loaf baste with Prego heavily and Bake..........


Man i do like this time of year...and the Gravy is mixed from the run off...Awesum....
