Although I remember seeing various videos of high voltage transmission line faults shown on this page, I don't think I have seen the voltage pulse machine at the Siberian Institute for Power Engineering before. It would be pretty exciting to have this thing in your neighborhood... I like the comment about the occasional unintentional "hits" to objects in the adjacent parking lot.
