Was awake at 3 AM Eastern last night listening around on the bedside rcvr and came across what sounded like a time signal on 3808. There was a series of tones that seemed slightly faster then a second apart followed by an announcement in what seemed to be Spanish- The signal was only about a S-3 and there was pretty good static. Anybody know what this is? I've never heard it before.
