Not so old !!!

Still, this guy lived before television, when "radio" was the family's entertainment center, filled with vacuum tubes.

I hope to hear him on some time.

Dont forget W5BQU!! Anyone who has ever done any 10m ssb has had to have heard the big friendly voice and strapping signal from "W5 big quick and ugly" from El Passo Texas!! He recently went SK on us, but the last time that I worked him some years ago, Tex Burdyk was well over 100 years old and still on the air!! Ya just never know!!
