Hardware issue?  Stupid question, but are you able to stream any other audio websites?

Derb is probably right.
Streaming use bandwidth and most firms, including those of us in the Telecom industry, are blocking streams to open bandwidth.

After all, it is their resource meant to help produce the evil profit  Tongue

Have you tried deleting your internet temp files and rebooting your computer afterwards.  Then go back in to the web site, some times this works.

Mack,
What's the web address?  Maybe there is something wrong with it.  If we can't stream it then you have nothing to worry about.

For what it's worth Mack, I have been in several fights with Norton. That is, at times, for what amounts to NO reason at all Norton stands in the way of traffic like networking or port connections and nothing will change it's mind. You can turn off Norton or try to force the issue like you did by telling Norton to accept that site.

Try uninstalling Norton and reinstalling. It isn't hard and won't take long. Norton will relearn the system and you may be fixed. It has worked for me several times and this sounds like  a good idea to me.

Norton lately wants to control when you get Windows updates in order to make sure they have a patch for whatever problems the new M$ update might cause. The latest M$ update has caused a conflict here on one of my machines. I had to do the Uninstall/Reinstall to Norton, problem fixed. I'm not a guru but I am a happy Norton user Good Luck
