Friday night, 02/02/07, was unbelievable for 75 meters. I dropped in on a round table around 21:30 EST and there were stations from San Diego, Calif, Las Vegas, Nevada,Showlow, Arizona, Boise, Idaho, & Princetown, Kentucky. Everybody could hear everybody else in spite of a couple of deliberate jammers and these conditions lasted past 22:30 EST when I signed out. As I write this (19:14 EST 02/03/07) I am listening to PA0GMW in Amsterdam with a 20 over signal. Even though this all was on SSB it is still pretty extraordinary. Very nice.

Err. Sorry I missed it. Sounds like some nice coast to coast conditions.

Yea, Paul GMW regularly straps in from Belgium. I've worked him as early at 4PM.

Activity was very sparce last night. Not just on AM.  No QRN, but I noticed a substantial white atmospheric background noise.  I did work a few stations down in the vicinity of 3700, but nothing outstanding.  Maybe I just listened at the wrong time.
